We’re willing to do things a little differently to show up for our world. At Picture City Coffee, we will have a “Bring Your Own Cup” program and a to-go tax on all drinks and food in an effort to reduce our overall waste. Besides, we want you to stay, have coffee, and more importantly, connect.

Our partnerships are intentional and driven by our value system of inclusion. From the movies we play to who makes our bagels to who roasts our beans, we are striving to create a more inclusive world.

Our founder spent her tech career hiring underrepresented students, so why stop now? Giving someone a job changes their circumstances but it can also have a ripple effect and change the lives of their families and their communities. Picture City Coffee will have a jobs program to reinforce our company value of equity.

Giving back to our community is how this whole thing started. Our venue will be a community space with a packed events calendar including outdoor movies and down the line, a Picture City Film Festival.

We chose Agoura as our first location for so many reasons. It’s our hometown. It’s has a history of filmmaking we want to honor. But it’s also a place we’re proud to be a part of. Our hometown pride will be weaved into everything we do, including featuring other local small businesses and selling their goods.
